This is a great website to use when looking for a breeder/stud dog. Professional breeders are often (not always, but often) unrealistic and unaffordable. Breeding your dog should not be difficult. People have been doing it for 1000's of years. This site helps typical people looking to breed find a mate for their dog.
Well, I read a few bad reviews that no one would contact them. I have found this to be true as well! I bought a credit and contacted a stud owner it said their phone mailbox was full and to text so I have texted multiple times. I have emailed multiple times! I have now emailed breed your dog many many many many times. No one will get back with me. I want a refund no one has called. No one has texted. No one has emailed me. The site is still up with the Breeder that will not get back with me and this is just entirely unacceptable and pathetic. I guess you have to leave a review here in order for somebody to respond because I have tried and tried and tried on the website and no one I repeat no one has gotten back with me I’ve been trying since November‼️ not acceptable. I want a refund. ** updating this after their response. Yes I have emailed through the contact page of your website 7-10 times. I see this is your reply to anyone who says they can’t get ahold of you. I left another contact this morning before I left this review. And yes it is pathetic and yes it’s a warning to anyone else to see your pracitces. You take our money. Won’t respond and and don’t remove a breeder who I have told you about who hasn’t even once responded to my texts and emails. So yes it is insulting to me as well that you have taken my money and no responsibility to get back with me. You only respond to reviews so everyone beware. ****** next update***** Well after numerous emails back and forth sending screenshots of my inquiry and that the inquiry was received. They keep checking on their end and they are not receiving the inquiries so it must be an IT issue that needs to be sorted out. They have graciously refunded my money and given me four credits to find another Breeder and removed the one that never contacted me after three months, so I will give them that. I hope that the test emails that I sent - & they never received - will initiate an In-depth investigation and fix the problem …as it seems this may have been going on for years for some people. 🤷🏼♀️Who knows why some go through and some don’t… but that’s not a good practice for any business. Now that they are aware of this problem I hope that they do get it fixed and that no one else will have this problem. ** The email they posted In response to my review, actually does work but nowhere on their website is that given under the inquiries or contact page? So I will now give them 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Fingers crossed they can get this problem fixed. 🙂.
This is a very important website. For us, as small time, family breeders, it means a lot to be able to connect with others who are dedicated dog owners, but who are not professional breeders. The customer service is great. It may take a few hours for them to respond, but they do and they are very professional.
