Regretful purchase

I regret spending money on this ineffective product. Scanning it only directs me to a website. If my pet goes missing, showing someone the website doesn’t help at all. I found a completely free alternative too late. I paid for a tag that just promotes their site. I also tried to contact the support team but received no response.

Disappointing purchase

I can't believe I paid for this useless product. Scanning it only takes me to a website. If my dog goes missing, directing someone to the site isn't helpful at all. There’s a free alternative I found out about too late. I feel like I wasted my money on a tag that just advertises their site. I tried to contact the support team but got no reply.

Suspicious transaction

I ordered two pet IDs, but they arrived as generic tags with a QR code, lacking any names. Customer service apologized and promised replacements, but after two weeks of waiting, I was just told to return them without any explanation. Now my return is being sent back because the address provided is incorrect. There’s definitely something off with this company. Thankfully, I used a payment service that is refunding my money.

Unpleasant first experience

I had to wait a month to file a claim for replacement tags. The customer service is terrible! They are sending the new set via USPS, even after the first set got lost this way. Overall, this has been a negative experience with their product!

Unexpected postage fees

It seems they don’t cover return postage. I’m still waiting for mine to be delivered after the post office informed me I need to pay $7.16 to get my tag.

Subpar quality upon arrival

I ordered two tags for my dogs, but after almost a month, only one arrived, and it looked so flimsy that I doubt it would last on my dog's collar. I recommend shopping elsewhere and not wasting your money on this.
