We worked with her to sleep train our (almost) 6 month year old baby. Within 4 days we had baby sleeping in their own room and through the night. Brenda helped us to introduce a routine, which she strongly believes in, and gave us a kickstart on weaning.The level of communication Brenda provides is fantastic. She is always very responsive to questions on sleep and other areas of care. She also takes the time to check in, providing a great level of support.It was challenging to make the adjustments to begin with, when you're used to a certain rhythm with your baby. However, Brenda is on hand to answer questions and when you start to see the benefits for baby and parent it all starts to make more sense.We are very grateful we took Brenda on!
Brenda helped both our children sleep and settle into a routine. This helped us regain our sanity. I am quiet anxious and needed some sort of structure , Brenda really helped. She answered calls in the middle of the night and reassured us it would all be OK. Our kids are generally good sleepers now (besides sickness and teething). She has some good tips. She is straight down the line, but sometimes that’s what we need.
We have used Brenda as a night nanny for both of our children since they were born. Staying with us for 3.5 months with our first and 3 months with our second. she was excellent at getting them to sleep through the night by the time she left. Her methods work and we would be lost without her! My now 2 year old is still an excellent sleeper after Brenda’s initial training when she was a baby.
Brenda has given my husband and I the tools to enable healthy habits for our baby. With a very stubborn reflux baby, who never slept in her own crib, and only on mum I didn’t believe anything would work, but alas Brenda supported us and we now have a 7-7 sleeper with 3 additional naps during the day. Within a day, baby was showing she loved the new routine. Brenda was right to the point about what needed to change in order for baby to sleep properly, and it takes a lot of perserverance but it works. We are so grateful to Brenda, we have our lives back somewhat with a happy developing baby. Thank you Brenda!
Brenda has been a lifesaver. Following a cry for help to Brenda as my baby was waking up every 45 mins at night, it took only 2 hours over a video call for her to be able to determine the character of my 5 week old son and provide me advice specifically adapted to him. We started a routine and had immediate results from the very first night. The evening witching hours didn’t exist anymore and we were awake at night considerably less. The very next morning he gave me his first smiles and was a significantly more settled, happier baby. Brenda’s routine and advice has consistently been spot on. She knows straightaway what to do - do as Brenda says and it works! At around 3 months he started sleeping through the night from 7pm to 7am with a dream feed. We are still in constant communication and at 5 months he sleeps through the night for 12 hours without a feed. Brenda always checks in and is prompt to reply to any questions. She has been available at all times a day, 7 days a week for the last 5 months and has talked me through the most difficult evenings from afar. Working with Brenda has been a game changer, her advice has been invaluable to me. She has also accompanied me through weaning. I would fully recommend Brenda to all parents.

Brenda is one of a kind! We first met Brenda when my daughter was 5.5 months old to help with her sleep and she changed our lives overnight, we managed to get into a good sleep routine as well as a much needed schedule for the day too. Everything fell into place. Our daughter started to regress at 2.5 years old, so Brenda came back to visit again and helped us to get out of all the bad habits we had gotten into, again changed our lives overnight. Our daughter sleeps happily through the night which has subsequently improved her eating throughout the day too, it was also nice to have an updated day schedule appropriate for her age. She has answers for every issue (that always seem to work/make sense), this is clearly very much based on her experience of doing this so many years! We will definitely be asking Brenda to come back for the next baby that is due v soon!
Brenda was an absolute life saver! After 5 other sleep consultants couldn’t help us we put all of our hopes in Brenda and she didn’t disappoint! Her approach was clear and everything she said made a lot of sense, albeit not easy to digest, especially for an easily manipulated parent like myself. After 3 days Sophia was sleeping through the night, from 7.30pm to 6.00an, after 6 dreadful months of sleeping on the floor and countless nightly wake ups.
