Brenda was incredible! I was introduced to Brenda through a friend who had used Brenda's nannying service for his twin daughters. We were due our twin boys shortly and were not confident on how we would survive the first few months without some help. Brenda started coming a couple of evenings during the week to provide my wife and I some recovery once the twins were 4 weeks old. She provided some incredible advise and support which was a complete game changer. At the 12 week mark Brenda had successfully sleep trained them.Fast forward nearly 2 years and the boys have constantly slept from 7pm-7am every evening without fail. Being able to do this at the 3 month mark was incredible and gave us our lifes back quicker :-)I would highly recommend Brenda to friends and family. We heard about Brenda and her sleep training services through some friends of friends, after having a few really bad nights of sleep with our 10 week old baby. We contacted her through her website and she promptly had a call with us to explain how her service works. We decided we wanted to go ahead so she came over and observed us, met our baby and there and then gave us a comprehensive plan on how to make our baby sleep. Brenda is a god. We followed her detailed plan to a T with her ongoing and tailored support. She gave us detailed products to buy and how to use them and answered all our weird questions (sometimes at random hours in the night). Our baby has pretty much been sleeping through the night since he was 12 weeks old (he is now just over 1). We are so grateful for her and her expertise and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her!! Thank you Brenda!

The advice, support and practical help in most cases takes place in the parents home. If the parents are overseas the help can be shared in an online meeting or phone call.
Advice is very much a personal approach to the individual child and the uniqueness of that family life. Ethnicity and cultural backgrounds are always taken consideration as many families live overseas and parents come from diverse backgrounds.
