Excellent customer support.

There was a clear mistake in the title where the software was not capitalized. I didn't notice any changes to my manuscript and no suggestions were provided. I preferred your proofreading over latex. The proofreader mentioned making suggestions for the graphs, but I found none. Edit: The issue was resolved quickly.
