Flawless service once again for the renewal of our camper van insurance (4 years in a row now). Communication is clear, concise and punctual with calls answered quickly (and by human beings!). A great team who understand the nuances of classic/vintage ownership.
Been with Brentacre for over 15 years now and not had any other insurance company get close to their price, adding modifications to my policy is easy as most of the staff understand what the modifications are would be nice if my renewal dropped in price a bit but I'm happy to stay as a customer for my modified car would recommend them highly
scam outfit. Harvested all my data for a phoney quote on a classic car then said they cant offer insurance!!Also suggested I contact iRevolution (claims handlers) no doubt to increase the bung gained from duping punters into getting quotes for a hopeless outfit that has no intention giving real quotes.Im an old duffer 60+ over 10yrs NCB, clean licence 45yrs and only do around 2k miles a year if that. Car 1962 VW Beetle bog standard.BEWARE.I dread to think what would happen in the event of a claim with these clowns.
Great company, have used them on and off for longer than I can remember now. Most recently to insure an extremely modified MX5 (wide body, forged, turbocharged etc). Always competitive for modified cars. I've moved from them as they are unfortunately not competitive for cars like a 911 C4S.
