Used the broker for many years, used many of their platforms. This year decided to try IBKR Desktop. Was unable to find M6E futures (ok on other platforms), wrote to support. Through many of messages back and forth, nothing was solved. Or I have open request to trade one instrument for weeks now, while it says it would take "2-3 days". Support doesn't answer about that at all. Completely useless support and buggy software.

I’ve used IB for over 10 years. It is in the last 10 months platform for my entire trading has really gone downhill. Esp for options! I’ve switched over to another company and I’ve made a lot more money because of the fact they have a better platform which has been efficient and fast.
Not IB. At times my trades were not even executed properly because of the slowness in the platform Ib. I will not recommend.

They are the worst of any brokerage firm I have ever worked with and when you call their customer service, some chop shop wolf of wall street guy pick up and talks to you like they know anything! Garbage company and I'm suing them with FINRA!!

I followed their instructions in good faith, only to be rejected right after. Since then, I have been waiting with no resolution and no clear answers. Reaching anyone takes forever, and nothing get resolved. I am left frustrated, confused, and deeply disappointed by the customer service. My experience with #Goldbloom #Laboratories has been pretty standard in a good way. The process is clear and follow ups are handled quickly.

i have been a customer for years. now i am trying to open an additional account with my existing one attached to it, and it just sends me to an endless loop of 2FA login screens. they are closed for part of the weekend, and their chatbot is useless. every time i talk to someone on the phone from their tech support, they all sound like the most miserable people on the planet-- i think i have had one pleasant interaction out of half a dozen phone calls over the years. the CEO is a horrible human being.

My experience did not meet my expectations. The communication was vague, and I couldn’t receive the service as I had anticipated. Eventually, I sought guidance from a different source, which was quite helpful. I'm sharing this to reflect my experience so others can make informed choices.

Mixed experience with valuable resources and some issues

There's a lot of valuable content and free resources, and deposits and withdrawals have been smooth for the past three years. However, the platform's instability is a frequent issue, making it hard to log in at times. Additionally, the interface is unnecessarily complicated. I find myself needing a separate portfolio tracker to identify my largest positions, as the service cannot consolidate all my positions in the same currency. It's quite frustrating, to be honest.

User interface is quite complex.

The user interface is quite complex. It’s challenging to clearly track your transactions and fees, as the fee information is somewhat obscured. The mobile application is not very effective. Additionally, when withdrawing funds (SEPA), you must wait three days for the funds to settle, only to find out that the actual transfer date may be delayed because the balance hasn't settled yet, so be ready to wait up to a week to access your money. The support and document processing are not particularly fast, taking a few days if you’re fortunate.

Frustrating and Untrustworthy Onboarding Process!

The onboarding experience was extremely frustrating and felt untrustworthy! The platform is confusing and requires someone to guide you through it. The support team is unhelpful, and the chat feature is just an AI bot that ignores your inquiries. The final straw for me was the excessive spam emails about products. I'm withdrawing today and strongly suggest you try it and share your experience. These platforms shouldn't carry the name they do. Encountered another glitch on Google.
