Ease of ordering, speed of delivery, condition of merchandise. . . all excellent.My disappointment is with the design of the merchandise. It is VERY difficult to access the large packing space. There should be a gusset, or a hinge, or something to enable one to actually OPEN the packing space. As it is, one ends up fighting with the zipper and being unable to place things carefully (neatly folded) in the packing space. Too bad. Otherwise, a nice piece and a perfect size for placing under the seat of even a small airplane
