Briggs is the BEST !I needed the add-a-strap ... and Voila ! ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️I WAS surprised that to Mail the tiny envelope cost more than the strap itself 🤔? But maybe USPS fees are more nowadays? Regardless, SO Glad to be back to toting my pieces together!! Thanks !
The time frame it takes to get the part is an issue. Repair parts should be free but they are not. You say they are but no it does not cost 10.00 for shipping a handle. I am starting to ask myself is it really worth the cost of this luggage is it really starting to think not
Again Briggs and Riley hit a home run! I purchased this large Simpatico collection bag and I found it to be light weight, very roomy inside and the locking mechanism super easy to lock (unlike other bags I had checked out).. I even later purchased a cover for my bag for when I check it for this bag will be staying with me for life!
