Trouble Ordering ProductI could not order my product using the website. No icon existed for me to click on to make my order. I finally emailed B&R and received a link to a similar page for my product, but it did have an icon to click on to make my order.
This is my first B&R piece. I haven’t used it yet but it just came in the mail and the quality is very good. Hopefully it will hold up in transit, I’m trying out a neoprene luggage cover from Amazon. I really wanted the large but this one was on sale. I do wish it was a little bigger bc I’m an over packer. I’ve been really disappointed with the quality of other popular luggage brands like CalPak and samsonite and I really hate the clamshell layout that nearly every other luggage out there company is making. So far I love the design and quality of B&R.
I bought the Medium Cargo Backpack. Was not disappointed. Thought the quality and style was exactly what I was looking for. Just be aware that I am 6'2 and this backpack fits me perfectly so hopefully whichever you choose matches your size. The overall main reason I chose this brand over the others was the lifetime guarantee mainly because if a company is that confident about its products then you know it's something incredible.

The At Work backpack is a great size for the daily workday. The overall quality is excellent and number of pockets helps me keep organized. I think I will enjoy this backpack. I find that Briggs & Riley products perform very well.
