Worst experience ever!
My wife has HSA with Inspira through her employer. She over-contributed, and chasing their support for the last three months. Every time a new support person joins, and "RESOLVES" the issue for nothing.

I do not recommend this card since I have had it under my Employer they keep locking my card for FSA approved services. When they requested receipts and a Doctors note I sent it in over 1 month ago, they continually say they didnt get it but when I called in they stated they received documentation and it took for me to demand they unlock it especially since money is coming out my check!!! It seems like the same person I keep talking to when I call in. Very Frustrating especially when money is coming out of my check and I have sent documentation in several times.

I have made 0 money in this account. This was a roll-over after leaving a job. The interest is laughable. The fees from the account are higher than what interest is made. The amount that was in the account when I left the job in 2019 has hardly changed. Then, they charge a $25 fee to get your money out.

If you roll over to this and are able to roll over to somewhere else, do it. If you are over 59 1/2, take it out. A regular savings account will make more money for you.

I am writing to express concern that my employer transferred my 401 funds to this company without my knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification, such as a statement, from Inspira regarding the transfer of my funds. Although the account has been active, the company's actions have resulted in excessive fees being applied to my account. I am displeased with the level of service I received, particularly the difficulty I experienced when attempting to claim my funds. Furthermore, the lack of provided statements hindered my ability to accurately file my taxes. I strongly believe that regulatory measures should be in place to prevent such incidents. Upon securing my funds, I intend to file a formal complaint.

Absolutely the worst experience to…date

Absolutely the worst experience to date. They have had my account suspended for several months now . I have sent them receipts for all medical purchases in question. I was told they need a EOB from the insurance company. Sent them the EOB in question , put on hold for what seems a eternity only to end up talking with a rep with a very strong accent that I cannot understand them. FRUSTRATING behind belief. They also do not seem to have a grasp on what was sent to them and what information they need and from who. They suck !

I've been a client of Inspira for a few years. My banks accounts were compromised, and Inspira made sure I got my funds on time. The cutoff date was approaching, and they made my account a priority. Member services were fast and efficient. Thank you.

Poor platform

It took a long time to get my IRA set up properly. Once it was set up then it works like designed. The problem is the design. If you are going to invest in one thing then I suppose it is OK. If you like to trade, even a little bit then I can say with confidence it is the worst platform. They offer no real research of their own, the trades take forever, not all stocks are available. You can call them, good luck with that! The fees are rather outrageous for the service you get.
