Bright and Beautiful gave our home a deep clean and have just started a fortnightly clean. We are very impressed with the service so far. Mary and Sam are a great team and have left our home looking lovely, clean and fresh. We also love the little attention to detail. Although it is priced higher than some of the other ones, we feel it has been worth paying the extra cost. Thanks ladies.

The team have always been really responsive and sensitive to the cleaning needs of my elderly parents. I am so grateful for everyone's very hard work!They came twice a week for months and were so kind and reliable - it was a weight of my mind to know Mum and Dad had their regular help.
Awful experience! We had the Wirral branch in a scheduled deep clean then monthly cleaning there after. We had three girls come in, didn’t hardly speak. Which was a great start. We’ve got 4 bedroom house and they took about 2 hours upstairs and just under an hour downstairs. They said the limescale on the shower won’t come off. They cleaned one half of the double sink, dust on top of photo frames still and cup stair on kitchen surface still from morning. Would not recommend this company at all. They made us to feel we was in the wrong. We found out they were on a timer whilst in the house too! Nothing pulled out downstairs either as Alexa showed them not cleaning anything. We did get a partial refund but wish we’d never of gotten them to be honest as the money we got back wasn’t worth it at all! Beware in the Wirral area.
I had to get a deep clean done due to double Lung Transplant, well what can I say I'm still in hospital but sister was liaising with the company and Lindy Thompson ( bless ya Lindy) pictures were superb and my sister was stunned, now it takes a lot to stunning my sister when it comes to cleaning but stunned she was ,superb job was done (thanks Ladies )cannot recommend enough , due to my operation clean as a whistle it had to be due to immune suppressed drugs i have to take . Well clean as a whistle it is , put that down on your job description Lindy ,Post Transplant deep clean . Well.... what can I say. The team came to me for a really deep clean. By golly I got that. I was ashamed cause I let the house become a mess.From the moment all the girls entered, I was greeted with warmth and smiles and they were ready to go, no messing about.They immediately put me at ease.My house is a home again🤗They did a first class job and executed their cleaning just as discussed with Michelle. Considering how much needed to be done, they were incredibly reasonable. I thank you girls for a first class job, for being trustworthy, hard working and a joy.House is gleaming.I wish you a merry Christmas and see the team in January ( for a regular monthly visit)Thank you🤗👍Ellen
