Challenging system experience

Navigating this system was extremely difficult. I initially struggled to log in as my email was not recognized. After a call, my email was accepted, but my husband, the primary policyholder, faced registration issues. After several calls, he managed to register, allowing me to schedule an appointment with a physiotherapist, which was later canceled due to her illness. I then received an email stating that my case was closed! After clarifying the situation, I finally received an approval call, but it took me three days to navigate the system just to access the approval letter. This has been a complete nightmare.

Is it worth the effort?

The entire process to see a consultant was quite exhausting. After calling to explain my symptoms and obtain approval, I was referred to another service. I had to log into their system, fill out various forms about my symptoms and history, navigate through registration processes, and then finally meet with the consultant to explain everything again. The whole journey felt very tiring.

Booking issues

The booking team has repeatedly scheduled appointments for me with unsuitable consultants, contrary to my GP referral and discharge notes. This forced me to cancel and arrange my own appointment with the spinal neurosurgeon I actually require.
