After paying £130 on a pillow from another popular brand! And not enjoying it I have Brightr a go, I needed something soft and comfortable but slightly firm I suffer back pains with a slipped disc! So sleeping isn’t very comfortable for me at times. This pillow is amazing! The fact I can take out or add the stuffing means I can adjust the pillow exactly how I want it! And what a fantastic price, I can’t believe I paid so much for a tempur that people raved about when I should have started with brighter and saved myself some money. I will definitely always choose brightr from now on. I’m even looking at their mattress toppers now. I highly recommend 5*

I reached out for assistance but received no response. Ultimately, I had to make do with my original pillow and adjust it to fit my needs. The pillows are great, but the customer service is severely lacking. They claim exchanges are easy, but that's far from the truth. Please improve your customer service!
