It's disappointing how things have changed since the acquisition

It's truly unfortunate; this company once offered excellent personal support. However, since the acquisition, getting a response feels like a stroke of luck. I have a lot of history with them, making it tough to leave, but once tax deadlines are over, I believe that will be necessary.
