Britex Customer Support saved the day

Had an issue with the machine, where an airlock formed with each water refill. Rang the help line and the customer service officer gave advice which resolved the issue. First time I have ever had a problem.

Hired a machine from Bunnings to clean the carpets at home as well as the car. Price for a 48hr hire was pretty decent and managed to clean all the rooms in the house plus the car in that time frame. Happy with the performance and results overall.
