I love CallOnDoc! It is fast, efficient, inexpensive and user friendly and you can do it from the comfort of your home any time of the day or night! I am not a fan of going to the doctor's office for something that can be easily treated with an online consultation. I use it for myself and my children and love it!

I did not have time to go to the clinic because my symptoms started on a weekend. I found CallonDoc and it took 30 minutes to get the diagnosis and to get the prescription into the pharmacy. Just the comparison that if I would go to the Urgent care it would probably take half a day to get the same disgnosis and the same prescription. Great option for busy people. Thank you.
Terrible, sent my info with payment in around 830pm and said it would be 2-3 hours to get response/ treatment plan. Woke up the next day expecting something, and it still was pending. Had to send a message to customer service and then it still took hours to get anything accomplished because they were having trouble with their prescription platform. I have been dealing with sinus infection for almost 10days trying to get over it naturally and finally broke down to get some antibiotics for some relief, but it’s taking so long to get them I’m almost ready to go through a different site and pay again because I’m so miserable!!! Will never use this site again.
Easy online registration and questionnaire. Fast response with the prescription at an excellent price. So much easier then getting appointment and going into see a doctor. More people with simple illnesses should use this.
When I woke up on Saturday morning with the symptoms of a UTI I started searching for what to do since it was the weekend. I currently don’t have insurance coverage so going to an Urgent care would be expensive. I went to CVS and got a UTI test and also otc meds to help with the urgency and pain. I tested positive for a mild UTI so I looked around online and found CallonDoc and tried it. I’m so glad I did! I filled out the information requested sent a copy of my test result (which a may or may not had to do) and they had antibiotics called into my Walgreens pharmacy within 2hrs. By the next day I was already on the road to recovery and feeling better.

Outstanding service! I received quick responses and experienced great professionalism. However, it’s unfortunate that seeing your doctor or advanced practice registered nurse when needed is no longer an option. They direct you to a walk-in clinic, which can be challenging when you're feeling unwell. Despite this, I felt secure and well cared for during my visit.
