I installed an eca arcus 11kw combi boiler approx 1 year ago I have tried contacting ECA via email on a few occasions over the past week with no reply. Also I tried the technical no whic re directs you to a mobile no which goes straight to answering service. As an installer I find this really suspicious does this company still trade or is there technical back up just really poor once I eventually get a reply ( if I get one I will update this review ) Apart from the lack of technical back up it works as expected heats the house no issues hot water not the best but enough to run a shower as I would expect from an 11kw boiler Eventually managed to get a n contact with ECA for replacement part apparently it was an issue with the email address all sorted now Replacement part received and an apology so all ok now Once proper email established communication was easy
Highly not recommended, extremely bad customer service and not any support at all!They are only popular for their low priceTheir technical department it's just one external gas engineer with a very bad attitude.I had an issue with a leaking safety valve, get a new one directly from them, but it's not the same part and doesn't fit.
