I have purchased many supplements over the years as i have CFS and Fibromyalgia. I cannot even tell you how much money I have spent trying to find something to help me. I am also very sensitive to medication and supplements. I tried British supplements because of their claim that there was no fillers etc. I have found their supplements to be very effective, particularly the Rhodiola, recommended dose is 2 I manage 1 and it is very effective. The other supplement I take is magnesium. Previously purchased elsewhere at a higher price, which was very effective but will definitely be using British supplements moving forward.I trust this company because of the quality of the supplements and the honesty of the company. Will not use anyone else now for my supplements. Highly recommend.
