I ordered from Pizza Hut several times and the dough was undercooked. I contacted support but no one helped me. I ordered a large Limo pizza and found the dough not fully baked and hidden under a lot of cheese. I attached a video as proof. The taste was very bad and unsafe. I would like a refund.
If I could leave less than zero...Maybe a MINUS 10. BEWARE if you order from The Millertown pike location in Knoxville Tennessee They need to be shut down. They are awful. I placed a HUGE order on Super Bowl Sunday. The order was placed online before they even opened. They are incompetent and very rude. My party was ruined because of their stupidity. They are saying I received my order knowing good and well they didn't deliver it. I can't even get someone from corporate to address this. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location.
Ordered $60 worth of food. Everything was luke warm or cold! Pizza was gross and pasta was almost cold. Even though it was delivered in 25mins...its almost like it was ready 25mins before we got it and wasn't under heat lamps. Not worth the tip we gave! Petawawa location is failing at quality for sure!!
I usually enjoy pizza hut, i ordervqyute frequently. This time however, the breadstciks were tough to bite through, actually hurt my teeth trying, the pizzas were overcooked even though in the special instruction I asked for one to be slightly undercooked, and cinnamon sticks tasted undercooked with little to no actual cinnamon on them. I am very displeased and it makes me hesitant to order again
I worked there in a managerial role for the last few months but found a better job with higher pay, leading me to leave. I really enjoy their food, but I hesitated to order for a while, worried they might mishandle my order. I decided to give it another try today, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the meals I received didn’t match the description. I was supposed to get two orders of 6-piece wings with fries, but I only got 4 wings in each and a meager amount of fries, plus everything was cold as if it had been left out. This service is very disappointing for a place that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I’d rate it a 0/10.
Visited the leisure park last Saturday for the buffet menu, which included a salad bar, pizzas, and refillable drinks. Unfortunately, within a few hours of eating, one party experienced severe vomiting, and the next day, a child from that party was also very ill. We have reported this issue to the food safety authorities. Additionally, the prices were high and the service was lacking, as food orders had to be placed via a QR code. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. I also recommend checking previous reviews about this place before deciding to visit!
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I waited in the drive-through for over an hour, and my order was supposed to be ready long before that. When they finally came to the window, I provided my name, but they never returned. It seemed like everyone inside was getting incorrect orders and receiving cold pizzas. This is an absolute joke of a business. The management is clearly lacking.
I placed an order for 1 pan with Canadian bacon, pineapple, jalapeño, onion, and 1 pan with meat lovers, but instead received 1 hand-tossed with ham, jalapeño, and onion, along with 1 thin crust with pork and pepperoni that had no sauce. It seemed like more attention was given to hanging Christmas lights than to customer satisfaction. The prices were too high for the quality, and the customer service was lacking. I won't be making this mistake again!
I experienced the worst customer service! I ordered a specific pizza for the first time. My order was supposed to be ready in 15-25 minutes, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I was informed that they were out of a key ingredient. This could have been communicated earlier. After expressing my frustration, the manager was unprofessional and did not apologize.
