We’ve been using this company for many years and my husband won’t use any other brand of supplements, although that they are a bit on the expensive side he is very sure that they do help his arthritis when he buys the chondroitin and the glucosamine capsules.
What you can rely on from Chris Team is that it’s always a quick dispatch in fact only towards the backend of yesterday did I order some chondroitin and I was amazed to see that they were here this morning before 11 am. You really couldn’t ask for better than this they’re even quicker than Amazon Prime🙌🏼

Similar experience to another reviewer here, in that I bought ‘three month’s supply’ of Creatine for £28.92, then realised that they calculate one days supply to be 1.19g when virtually every other manufacturer/supplier equates one day’s supply to be at least 3g, usually 5G.
The reply to the other reviewer was:

This doesn’t hold water when Creatine is universally promoted as a supplement specifically for training and recovery.
Just Google ‘Creatine’ and you’ll see “Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that helps supply energy to muscles, boosting strength and performance in high-intensity exercise, and also supports brain function; it's a popular supplement, often taken as creatine monohydrate powder or pills”.
So I’ll use the capsules I have - only taking 7 or 8 a day, and will then restock with 500g from another supplier for £13.50, which is obviously a lot better value than 108g for £29.00.

Despite the company's response, which emphasized their unique formulation, it doesn't justify the product being marketed as suitable for training and recovery, given the common understanding of creatine's purpose. I'll finish the capsules I have but will switch to a more reasonably priced option from a different supplier.

Thank you for your response, but it highlights the ongoing issue rather than addressing it. Many products lack independent testing certificates, yet they are marketed as 'clean' and 'high strength.' Relying on in-house testing fails to provide the transparency expected in the supplement industry. Customers should not have to arrange their own testing. True transparency requires accessible independent certificates for every product before purchase. Until then, I stand by my review.
