I have vitamin d+I from British Supplements also Vit B 12 . Clean no nasty fillers no animals products just clean vitamins. After using for some time I can honestly say ,yes they do work they have helped me . My nail are growing I have energy .

Tried supplements from the companies like H and B nothing compares to the quality and the difference British Supplements make to your health and well being. Wonderful products and information

I'll be totally honest here - I always held a view that the benefits of the bulk of these supplements (apart from vitamins) are extremely over exaggerated.The benefits of the likes of Ashwaghanda etc in my opinion were fanciful at the least.However, after reading the much more detailed information on such products on the British Supplements website I took the plunge.It has been such an eye opener - my anxiety which was starting to spiral out of control is now very much in check.Don't get me wrong I still have my moments (we all do) but the overall effect has helped no end.I can put any issues in an orderly manner in my mind instead of them washing round all over the place and causing me extreme anxiety.In a nutshell I have become a believer - the bulk of this change is down to the wonderful products and info supplied by British Supplements. Thank you guys for your honesty and wonderful products

Absolutely great supplements and service orientated company - you can speak to real people :-)
