I spent $100 for 37 chocolate bar variety pack. And what they sent me was a 18 piece box of tiny packs of M&Ms, and some leftover Christmas items. I had purchased items in the past, for a cousin that was going through chemotherapy, and she was quite pleased with them. I had ordered this box for her daughters, as she had just passed away from cancer. I had sent three emails to the company, including pictures of what they had sent to me, and it is still not rectified. I don’t know why the company is being run differently than it was before they were closed for a couple of years, but I’ve very disappointed in the fact that they are not owning up to their mistake, even though I’ve sent pictures. It’s been a month, and that’s how long I was willing to wait before I started giving reviews.
Positives: the package arrived quickly, and all items were delivered as ordered. Negatives: the packages were squashed inside the delivery box, leading to crushed boxes and damaged crisps. The ordering system's weight and space indicator is inaccurate and misleading, making it difficult to fill a box precisely before prompting the next size. Additionally, trying to add lighter items results in an overweight message, necessitating a larger box. There is also no option to purchase large bags of crisps, which would be more economical, as only multipacks are available. One must question the reasoning behind this.
The range of items is remarkable, and the shipping from the UK was very prompt. The products were exceptionally packaged to prevent any damage, ensuring they arrived in much better condition compared to a previous delivery from another source.
