Think twice before buying your Christmas presents from this company!!! This is my first time writing a negative review of a company. I always like to support anya business large or small. They don't have a customer service! I tried to contact the company regarding an exchange/refund several times but received no response and no other way to make contact other than to send a message through their website. I received a pair of tazmin uggs as a Christmas gift, however due to the different fit of the shoe I needed to return them. This was declined when the return was requested but no option to speak to an advisor further regarding this matter. The uggs I bought were no cheaper than buying from a larger company. If I had bought them from a larger company I would of at least had the opportunity to discuss my situation further with them. Please think twice before risking buying from this company.
