I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

When I buy my next car, I will AVOID GA Finance and Leasing/Broker4cars even if someone paid me to use them.We took delivery of our car in January 2023. Unfortunately the first log book/V5C document that came to us had a company in its name instead of just being in my wife's name.GA/Broker4cars acknowledged it should just have been in her name and no company name, so they tried to fix this but ran into issues, and after 1.5 years of me chasing them to resolve it, and countless assurances from them that this will be resolved, I have now given up due to sheer exhaustion. I must have chased them 100+ times via email and call. Every time they said they're working on it, but any competent person would have fixed this by now if they were actually working on it.DVLA made us the 2nd registered owner and GA/Broker4cars have now said there is nothing more they can do to fix this. GA/Broker4cars say that an error was made during the registration but accept no responsibility for this error. They have admit via email that they have breached the contract of us receiving a brand new vehicle registered first in our name, and this isn't what we have received. Yet there is nothing they have done to rectify this or make it right via a goodwill gesture.At one point DVLA even cancelled our road tax and we received a letter saying we were driving around in an untaxed vehicle, so had to retax it. Luckily we caught it in time and didn't receive £1,000 fine.Because you don't buy direct through a dealer, the dealer won't take your calls, and DVLA won't speak to you either. GA/Broker4cars isn't the only company involved in the process so they are also unable to further certain items themselves and have to wait for replies from the other intermediary. Their internal process to get these deals are clearly either too convoluted to fix things like this when they go wrong. And clearly they can go wrong like they have for us.I have used Carwow in the past, and with them you interact directly with the dealer, so there are no issues at all.So speaking from my personal experience, unless I am willing to take the risk of accepting a car as a second registered keeper and having my road tax cancelled and risking a £1,000 fine, I would never use this company again just to save a few pounds.

I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would not buy from this company as they ask you to pay money to then not the dealer supplying the car. My problem was that they stated they might not be able to let me have the car Keepers V5C document for several months after I had the car thus making it virtually impossible to insure the car so I cancelled the car order. They said I would get my deposit back but they would not pay it back to me.I finally got my money back via my credit card using a section 75 Disputed Credit Card Transaction but it took about 6 months.

Avoid at all costs! DREADFUL experience!

Ordered my vehicle in May 2022. Shortly after ordering I was informed the price had arbitrarily increased; I reluctantly accepted the price increase and was told delivery was estimated for October/November 2022.No further contact from the company until I chased in October, excuse after excuse about "delivery delays" but absolutely no concrete information or reassurance in the form of a tracking link, confirmation from a dealer etc. You rely solely on their word of mouth and they offer nothing to actually track your order or vehicle. November came and went and I was told the vehicle was "in shipment" and that "if they were a betting man" then delivery would be in 2-3 weeks' time.Heard nothing after 2-3 weeks, so I chased yet again - excuse after excuse after excuse. Needless to say, no vehicle for me in 2022; and the running theme is that they NEVER contact you, YOU always have to chase THEM.2023 arrived and I chased again; I was told the car was still "in shipment" and given excuses about blockages at the port (meanwhile I know of someone who ordered same car from our local dealer in August and already received their car! Funny how the port blockages are so selective...).Eventually in February I was informed the vehicle had arrived & could be delivered in March; but I was told the price had increased and I had to pay an additional sum. EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE CAR IN MAY 2022 AND WE HAD A BINDING CONTRACT WITH AN AGREED PRICE THAT THEY HAD ALREADY HIKED UP ONCE! Clearly the contract isn't worth the paper it is written on. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE that your agreed price is NOT guaranteed and they can (and from my experience will) INCREASE it at any time! APPALLING AND DIABOLICAL - what a way to do business!Given I had waited nearly a year, I begrudgingly paid the extra sum & remitted the final balance and the delivery date was all confirmed for 6 March. At this point, the price of the car had increased so much that it was barely any saving off the main dealer price so it made no logical sense for me to have dealt with this appalling company. I made special arrangements to take time off work to accept the delivery, and sold my existing car and I was fully prepared for the delivery on 6 March.Lunchtime on 6 March came and I'd heard nothing - I chased them and they told me all was OK and they were 99.9% sure the car would be with me as the delivery driver wouldn't ring until he was an hour away.Early afternoon I was then told the delivery driver "called in sick" and therefore the delivery was cancelled. THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME! I HAD TO CHASE YET AGAIN! The delivery was then rebooked for FOUR DAYS LATER. No apology given, I was only told "we have no control over deliveries". I asked why it couldn't be delivered the next day but was just told they "are at the mercy of the supplier"; they clearly have no leverage and/or desire or care to push for a resolution that would provide customer satisfaction.The day before the REBOOKED delivery I then get an email saying the delivery is now delayed AGAIN by another 5 days. YOU LITERALLY COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP! So I had to take yet another day off work and in total I had no car for 8 days and wasted 8 days' worth of insurance coverage.ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND DIABOLICAL SERVICE. Avoid this company at costs; do not put yourself through the stress and anxiety for a small saving.
