Extremely poor experience. I spent time and money into choosing the prayer that fit best for my brother and they put their general prayer on it. It was not what i selected. When i called to double check, i was offered a reprint for 50% off. It was not what i ordered. Avoid this place. Find a website that wont take advantage of people during such a vulnerable time.the woman who answered the phone didnt give me her name and when i asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager. She then hung up on me. What a scam.
The website was easy to work with, I received a follow up call after submitting my print requests just to make sure everything was correct, and I received my prints within the requested two days. The collage posters were beautiful and high quality. Overall, fantastic.
