This is 100% a scam company. The keep contacting me for a loan for "your company" which is not my company, I only worked for them many years ago in a non financial capacity. If you research Brookstone they have lawsuits for unwanted calls/communication.
This company misrepresented its services by guaranteeing a $250,000 business loan, which was never provided. I was instructed to deposit a separate loan of $75,000 as proof of capital,and their fee of $7,000 was deducted from here, which resulted in the company taking the fee without delivering the promised financing.
Afterward, I was told the representative responsible was terminated, yet he continued to contact me, undermining their credibility. Made fun of me and asked me “how’s collection going lol”. Due to this misleading and deceptive conduct, I am now burdened with a $75,000 loan that has increased to $107,000, despite never receiving the agreed-upon funding.
I am in the process of reporting this matter to the FTC and pursuing further action.
