I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with very poor communication. The service center performed a timing chain replacement on my vehicle. After the work was done, I noticed a persistent oil leak and later experienced decreased engine power. They held onto my car for about three weeks, continually assuring me it would be ready the next day, which never occurred. I had to take the car back multiple times. During this period, I was informed that several other vehicles had faced similar issues after timing chain repairs, such as oil leaks and diminished engine performance. Although the power issue was eventually resolved, the oil leak was never properly addressed and remains unresolved.
Since then, communication has been severely lacking. I have called several times to schedule a check or follow-up, and each time I was promised a callback that never happened.
I have since sought help from other service centers, but they have declined to work on the car, stating that the issue is clearly linked to the original repair and should be handled by the service center that performed the work.
In summary, there has been a lack of accountability, no communication, and an ongoing problem stemming from their repair. I would not recommend this service center.
This was a complete waste of time with poor customer service. An associate caused damage to my alloy and tire during drop-off and denied it, even though I have CCTV evidence. He eventually provided some compensation but hasn't addressed the ongoing oil leak from the timing chain work. My car was brought in several times with no resolution and was left on the street for weeks. Be cautious where you take your vehicle. I was booked in multiple times, only for them to be unavailable, and I don’t live locally. I haven't yet asked for compensation regarding the timing chain work, but it will cost me a significant amount to fix the oil leak. If this continues, I will have to pursue legal action. Businesses should correct their mistakes rather than ignore them. I've been misled, and it’s frustrating. I put my trust in them, but I feel let down. If mistakes happen, they should be rectified or compensated. I expect a response, but it likely won't reflect the truth.
I have been going to this garage for years and they didn’t disappoint this time either. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and completed the repair on the same day. I dropped the car off in the morning and had it back by evening. This is what I consider great service. I trust them completely; they are honest and fair with pricing.
