I purchased a secondhand Can-Am Defender and ordered side mirrors and soft doors to go with it. I and a friend decided to fit them ourselves. My friend, Camden, has spent his whole life working with machinery.The windows fitted perfectly. When it came to adding the doors it was clear, even to me, that they would not work with the mirrors.The Can-Am website for soft doors says, very clearly, they are compatible with all BRP mirrors. It also says that the side mirrors can be used with all doors.I called and was told there was nothing they could. They refused to put me me through to an expert and refused to consider any kind of compensation.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOMBARDIER RECREATIONAL PRODUCTS
Unreliable please vendors don't sale by them they don't try to sale your properties dealing with buyers badly manners I'm buyer have phoned them property for sale Eggleston drive Bradford 4. 3 bad town house for sale the men was on phone very rude were saying this only buy to let but property advert says buy to let or for family .when I mentioned he put the phone off I have phoned again then he made excuse no if you want to buy for family pay cash and put the phone off again rudely when advert doesn't says anything abou cash it was aggressive and unacceptable behaviour. Then I phoned third time and someone else explained but again tollaty different then what advert description.than I asked him to update advert description because you statement doesn't match with advert Horrible state agent ever I spoke
LAST WEEK I PURCHASED A NEW 2022 CAN AM SPYDER RT,FILLED OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK AND WHEN FINISHED I WAS HANDED 1(ONE) KEY. THE SALESPERSON STATED THAT'S ALL THAT CAME WITH IT. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE MINUTE. TO TOP THAT OFF THEY HIDE BEHIND VOICEMAIL. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY WERE GREAT DURING THE SALE BUT LONG GONE NOW.

It is disheartening to invest in a product with the belief that it will deliver on its promises, only to be met with disappointment.Moreover, my attempts to seek resolution for these issues have been met with further frustration. The lack of effective communication and timely responses from your customer service team has only exacerbated the situation. As a customer, I expected better support when facing challenges related to your products.I believe in providing feedback with the hope that it contributes to positive change. I strongly urge BRP to take a critical look at its products and services, addressing the shortcomings that are driving customers like me to question their loyalty.While my disappointment is significant, I remain open to the possibility of rectification. Had a BRP Can Am ryker that the brake switch malfunctioned on and caused the battery to fully drain and killing the battery. Brp refused to replace the battery due to their malfunctioning bike.Traded it in on a Sea doo fish pro trophy model. First day out the 1800 dollar stereo system didn't work and I'm getting a run around at the dealership saying BRP has yet to respond to their inquiries about the parts to fix my brand new seadoo.30,000.00 dollars for a piece of equipment that is sitting in the shop one day after receiving it.
Have a fishpro jetski from BRP with a faulty cooler from purchase. The lid wouldn't seal and keep flipping up during travel.Took it into the dealer for repair, but after they handed it back from attempting a repair, the lid still had a 5mm gap and didn't seal.Asked for a replacement and have waited a few months for BRP. Now BRP is delaying for another few months on top of this. After months without a proper cooler for fishing, I asked BRP for a refund of the cooler cost so I could sort out the problem myself. They have denied to help in any way, and directed me to a different dealer to solve the issue instead of solving it themselves.Also, to top it off, the 30amp relay has stopped working on me at the ramp the other day, so the first trip i have tried to make in many months was called off. My jetski only has a few hours on it! Jetski is good, but would definitely consider other options before Seadoo due to the quality of service received.
