Con Job with plausible deniability. installation box installed in wrong place without full informed consent. When the wire accidentally broke they charged for it. From installing to any point in time this would have happened. This is a prompted review after receiving email about how we did. Verified customer with BRSK for 18months.
I had a few questions about my contract renewal and Randy Cronje in the customer services team helped me to resolve them very quickly. I'm very glad to renew for another 18 months of top full fibre broadband with BRSK thanks to her help.
We’ve had major issues with sky for the last 2 years, barely any services worked…. Charged for services we never received…. Given ridiculous contracts which we’ve paid for and never received? 🤷♂️ And in the space of 48 hours we’ve managed to switch our internet provider and have a complete full service up and running for my elderly parents. Alfie Rogers was incredibly professional and no task was too much to ask 👍🏽 contracted to work until 6, and overstayed & refused to leave until the job was perfect and running smoothly. Also extremely polite & a credit to BRSK. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to switch services 🙂
My messages were answered as soon as the agent was free he was very polite and explained my enquiry in connection with my BOC the way it is shown in my account didn’t seem right but Combo gave me a breakdown and explained how it works I will be keeping a check on this though as I feel it may not be right but we see
