Poor service for over 6 months
Engineer told us adding the booster at an extra £10 a month will fix the problem
Problem not fixed
Now asking us to reset the box again for the 100th time
No solution
I will be taking it further and getting my contract cancelled and refund

My wifi signal wasn't working as it should as I pay extra for there mesh system. I contacted brsk on Thursday and an engineer was booked for Friday. I then saw a message on Friday morning that the engineer was suppose to be coming from Manchester but he had cancelled. Obviously couldn't be bothered to travel on a Friday. I then rang brsk again Friday morning and was told someone from the engineers management team was going to ring me. Big shock no phone call, obviously the management also can't be bothered to do anything on a Friday.

My dad was on Sky Broadband for roughly 20 years until we moved to "5G Broadband" about 6 years ago as fibre in our area was very expensive. I heard about brsk a year ago when I was working in IT and decided to bite the bullet and help my dad move from our contract to these guys. They were so helpful a long the way and on the day the engineer came he did it fairly quick. He used shoe covers and was very polite. Did a speed test to confirm our speed was accurate and all was good. I have been using it for 2 weeks so far and it has been superb. Downloading 100s of Gigs worth of games in no time is such bliss and not to mention less than 10ms Ping which is crucial for online gaming.
Totally worth it. We went for the Betternet 2000 plan.

Been very reliable since we signed up nearly 3.5 years ago. Where else would you get a price reduction at contract renewal time, and a 50% speed increase, all at the same time.

Recently experienced an outage, and staff where very helpful, and the problem was sorted. Highly recommend them.
