A friendly voice …

It was lovely talking to Tabby (Tabitha) today it is refreshing to speak to person rather than machine and not be number 49 in the queue,She was very helpful, could answer my questions and dealt with my enquiry very efficiantly whilst being friendly and polite.She has told me what will happen and given me the time frame too.Thanks Tabby.

Wow! What a fantastic service from the moment I called them to enquire about their broadband service to installation the next day! I'll repeat that - "installation the next day"!Stephen Sharp the Engineer was excellent throughout - friendly and professional - a credit to brsk. Leaving ASAP...so disappointed

What a disappointment. BE WARNED - if you have a fault, this can only be attended to weekdays up to 5pm and NOT WEEKENDS and you MAY BE CHARGED FOR REPAIRS. This week I have needed support for the first time since install. I have been with them 1½ years and referred 3 friends, but not anymore. My router developed an issue that only occurs after helpline closure at 8pm, leaving us hours without internet daily. It's so hard speaking with the helpine, as I struggled to understand the helpline staff on a number of occasions. I was told that if they sent an engineer out and they MADE THE DECISION it was my fault, they would CHARGE ME between £90 - £150 for the call out. I asked how would I be able to prove that it wasn't me, and they are just charging me to cover costs? Helpline staff couldn't help. I said the salesmen are up and down my street after 6pm selling - so why not engineers? But apparently engineers just don't, full stop. I have no holiday days left to book of work to be in for an engineer call, and then it result in a charge anyway. I only have 5 months left, so I am going to go elsewhere. Wish I had never left my 25+ years at Virgin Media (VM) for BRSK. I was worried about leaving VM for a new startup and unfortunately, I was right to be worried.

A friend recommended Brsk but the website wouldn't allow me to scroll down to my house number. After registering, a lovely lady called Yavani contacted me to give me all the information I was looking for. As a company they are not at all pushy, but allow you plenty of time to absorb the information at your own time, which is hugely refreshing from a company! After speaking directly with Yavani which is the benefit of dealing with Brsk rather than a 3rd party, she arranged everything and as expected everything went like clockwork.On the day of installation the engineers Vic and Julius ran through everything both with me and my Husband before they started to ensure we were 100% happy with everything from the route the wires would follow to the positioning of the router to obtain the maximum benefit. Great service and care! thank you!
