The ordering process was efficient and well-structured. Communication with the staff was prompt, helpful, and informative. The products are of excellent quality. However, there seems to be geographic discrimination regarding shipping for certain areas.
I ordered for next day delivery and received confirmation. The next day, I reached out since I hadn’t received a dispatch email and was informed about weather issues. I mentioned that the items were urgent for a hospital project, but was told I had missed the cut-off for next day delivery. I had to pay an additional charge for AM delivery, but the order arrived late at 2 PM. When I requested a refund for the delivery charge due to the delays, the seller refused. I will not be using this service again.
