Avoid! Scam Alert!! I spent over $100 about one month ago, I keep getting emails apologizing for delays, and now today I received one asking me to choose another product but wont say how! I asked for a refund, they are trying to post me 4 pictures of horses, I ordered clothing, who even buys anything from here??? Its fake! I have been scammed! I am from Brisbane Australia. I never thought I would be scammed like this but here I am:(
Shopping online with Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry, is fun and easy, best customer service, elegant jewelry, high quality and affordable, I recently on February 3,2026, I was placing my order with Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry, but,the woman on the phone told me they were affiliated with Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry; but they were actually Buddha Power Store, so after hearing that I was ready to hang up and call Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry instead, she convinced me to give them a try, so I was in the process of buying 2 bracelets, I had already purchased 2 Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry Bracelets, first one was white jade with a white flower and 2 dangling petals and the second was the green Jade bracelet with butterfly 🦋 accents, they're so beautifully crafted and beautifully styled; by accident I broke my white jade bracelet with a white flower and 2 dangling petals; so I wanted to purchase that same white Jade bracelet with a white flower and 2 dangling petals, and I wanted to purchase, what would be my third strawberry Jade butterfly 🦋 bracelet to match my green Jade butterfly 🦋 bracelet, and was shocked to hear Buddha Power Store doesn't have strawberry Jade bracelet with butterfly accents, but, again she said they would charge a flat $30.00, so I accepted,and placed my order, right after I hung up from Buddha Power Store, I went online to Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry and ordered my strawberry Jade bracelet, and my strawberry Jade bracelet with butterfly accents arrived 10 days ago; so excited just as beautiful in person as the photo; but I realized that my white jade bracelet with a white flower and 2 dangling petals hadn't arrived and there was no updates or a tracking notice, so I called and Buddha Power Store said what's my tracking number and I said I never was given a tracking number or any updates on my order,long story short, I had to call CHIME my banking institute and tell them to cancel my purchase from Buddha Power Store, CHIME said it would take up to 6 weeks before my money could be refunded back to my CHIME account, and when my money is refunded, I'm going to purchase my white Jade bracelet with a white flower and 2 dangling petals, and I would appreciate a 15% discount and free shipping, I'm on a SSI,and don't have alot of extra money, I'm turning 66 in April 2026,and I'm Asian,and never could afford to buy Jade but,thanks to your company Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry, I am now in possession of 2 Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry Bracelets the green Jade bracelet with butterfly 🦋 accents and my strawberry Jade bracelet with butterfly 🦋 accents, and I'm a repeat customer because of your fine craftsmanship of Jade Jewelry, thank you, Buddha Stone Jade Jewelry for being a reputable company

Absolutely terrible, scamners!! Do not trust this site. I ordered a month ago, they just emailed today saying the reason for delays is due to the material being so "rare" do you believe this?? Its a pair of cotton pants! How rare is cotton?? I spend over $100 thinking it was a shop in OZ but it is not! Argh waste my money! They say it will ship in another 5 days from now, I will not hold my breath, this shop is definitely not in Australia! Very misleading all from China, the english is hard to read on email!
I ordered from here thinking it sold Australian products, but they obviously ship from China. Its been over two weeks I am still waiting on my order. I ordered on the 29th of January as the site said the delivery will be between 6 Feb and 13th so I thought great! I can wear for valentines, but no, nothing arrived, very slow shipping. I started to read proper reviews and am regretting my purchase, as a lot of reviews talk of terrible material low quality not what it looks like on site, so I am worried about this now. I also read a lot of reviews pointing out lack of communication with seller, slow shipping and zero customer service. If the quality of the product is good, I may give it another go, bearing in mind, shipping is very slow. But if quality is low, poor quality, I will not buy from here again. I will change my review if quality is goid and update accordingly.

I ordered about $200 worth of pants, and 2 were too short, 2 had tapered legs (out of style), and the quality was extremely poor. They were thin and very stiff. BUYER BEWARE: "THE NO HASSLE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY" is anything but. If you want to return the items, you have to send them back to China, and they don't cover return shipping. On the website, they do not disclose that the return address is in China. If I had known this, I would not have ordered. This is what is on the website:

I am now stuck with $200 worth of pants that I can't and won't wear. Lesson learned. I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake.
Wonderfull customer service, and such beautiful products. I ordered myself a tea cup and saucer and the quality is superb! Definitely worth having for any tea collections cupboard.
Whilst acknowledging that the clothing prices are low (what kind of a pittance must the factory workers earn?), I was very disappointed when my three item order arrived. They certainly did not 'elevate my look' as the website hype promises - they are roughly sewn together in inferior fabric, the sizing is completely random, and one item had been crushed unfolded into a small bag and looked like an old rag when I managed to get it out. As an example of cheap manufacture a blouse with lots of (cheap) buttons down the front had buttonholes every third button, the rest were just sewn on top of the placket. I can't be bothered to return them, they will go to a charity shop. So, if you want cheap garments that look it, go ahead and order - quality they definitely are not. Kudos to the website photographer who makes rags look like riches.
