I have ordered here already 3 times in total. The first 2 times were fine ( quality isnt the best tho) but i like the style so i didnt care. THIRD TIME I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES the 'Rombo' ones. The red paint LEAKED all over the white parts of the shoe after they got wet cuz of rain. I emailed them, sent them on insta, sent out a return form and never heard anything back.
Customer service is non existant, quality is NOT worth your money in this economy. Dont do it to yourself.

Very Disappointing Customer Service

I was sent the wrong shoe size and have been trying to return the item, but no one is getting back to me. I’ve emailed several times with no response at all.

This was meant to be a present for my partner, but the whole process has taken ages and has been extremely frustrating. It feels like there is no customer service support, or at least no one is answering emails.

I would really like someone from the company to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order for my beanie on November 28th and received confirmation. However, for five weeks, I received no shipping information. After reaching out in early January, I was informed that I would receive shipping details within ten days. Instead, I received an email stating that my order was canceled and the beanie is now unavailable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They withhold refunds - CLEAR DISCRIMINATION Order #V455489 - €153.00 - returned December 25, 2025. Today: January 19, 2026 - 25 DAYS WITHOUT REFUND. THE SHOCKING TRUTH: I had TWO orders with the service. The SECOND order (placed AFTER this one) was refunded weeks ago. But THIS order? COMPLETELY IGNORED for 25 days! This indicates they are DELIBERATELY ignoring this refund. The package never arrived due to a typo during checkout. Tracking confirms return to sender on December 25th. MY ATTEMPTS TO GET MY MONEY BACK:
• December 2025: Multiple emails - IGNORED
• January 15: Email, chat, contact form, social media - IGNORED • January 19: Final warning email with legal threats
• TODAY: Still nothing but automated responses. THEY VIOLATE EU LAW:
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, refunds must be processed within 14 days. They are now 11 DAYS OVERDUE. WHY IS MY OTHER ORDER REFUNDED BUT NOT THIS ONE?
This is either gross incompetence or deliberate theft. I paid €153, never received the product, they got it back, and now just keep my money while processing other refunds normally. I am filing:
✓ Bank chargeback
✓ Complaint to consumer protection agency
✓ Complaint to regulatory authority
✓ Small Claims Court case if needed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE. They will take your money, ignore your communications, and hope you give up. Save yourself weeks of stress and lost money.

Disappointing experience due to poor communication and long wait times

I had a disappointing experience with the service – there was a lack of communication and excessive delays. I ordered a product on November 26, and over a month later, it still hasn't been shipped. I haven't received any tracking information, estimated delivery dates, or clear details on when (or if) my order will be processed. I reached out to the support team several times. Initially, I got a generic reply citing high order volume, but no specific timeline was provided. My latest follow-up email was ignored. This is particularly frustrating since the website claims delivery takes 3–14 business days, which has been greatly exceeded. The absence of updates and communication has resulted in significant uncertainty and anxiety, especially considering the product's high price and the international nature of the purchase. I recognize that delays can occur, but failing to provide updates, tracking, or customer responses is unacceptable. My trust in the company has significantly diminished. I wouldn't advise making a purchase from them unless they enhance their customer support, communication, and order fulfillment transparency.

Order Delayed with No Updates

We placed our order nearly two weeks ago. On December 11th, we received an email indicating that the package was ready for shipment. Since then, we have not received any further information. The tracking shows it is still in Germany. Later, on December 19th, we received an email asking if we were satisfied with our order. However, we have not received the package yet and remain in the dark about its status. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my child, but it seems it won't arrive in time.

Consistent Issues with Orders

I typically shop online without any problems, but with this service, it feels like there’s a glitch every time I place an order. Be it shipping, returns, or customer support, something always goes awry. In this instance, I returned my item properly, yet I neither received a refund nor the product back. Even though the return was acknowledged, weeks went by without any resolution. The support team was unhelpful, offering only generic responses instead of addressing the problem. Left without my item and out of pocket, I had to initiate a chargeback to reclaim my funds. A service that consistently causes issues and pushes loyal customers towards chargebacks due to inaction is not reliable. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

Frustration with Order Tracking and Surveys

I’m confused as to why I’m receiving order rating surveys when my order hasn’t arrived yet. The tracking system is malfunctioning and doesn’t provide any updates. I reached out via email, but there’s been no response for three weeks. It’s unbelievable that my package hasn’t arrived, especially since my friend who ordered the same day received his items five days ago.
