Disappointing Experience with Order Fulfillment

I placed an order for air fresheners totaling $47, with an estimated shipping date of December 1st-3rd. Now it’s December 10th, and I have yet to receive my order or any communication regarding it, nor have I received a refund. The lack of communication and service makes it hard to justify the expense.
