I reached out today to get my windscreen fixed and was told it would be sorted tomorrow or Monday. Later, I was informed it would be done today, but the engineer was only 20 minutes away. I was out, and when I told him I'd be there shortly, he became aggressive and swore at me, saying I was wasting his time. Even after I apologized, he continued to be rude and rushed. When I arrived, he was still angry and acting unprofessionally. The job was completed, hence the one star, but I would not recommend this service due to the engineer's behavior.
