Disappointed with the plush's design and features

The plush did not meet my expectations and had several inaccuracies. For instance, the hair shape was entirely incorrect, especially the bangs, and one hand was a noticeably lighter shade of brown compared to the rest of the character's skin tone. The plush's appearance was not what I anticipated, and it was mistakenly labeled as a different type, which likely contributed to its inaccuracies. I find that this service seems to struggle with original human characters, as their animal designs appear to be more successful. Overall, the plush barely resembled the reference sheet I provided.

Would definitely use the service again!

My child had a specific vision, and the team collaborated closely with us to bring it to life. There were a few minor design hiccups, but the preview option made it easy to request changes, and the team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was consistent, ensuring the final plush arrived on time for Christmas. The finished product is adorable, and I can't wait to see my child's reaction.
