I’m paying for a service I can’t use. The card arrives I typed in the 3 digit code to use the bank card. It’s didn’t work. As I have changed my surname they asked for more identification which I’ve sent and not heard back. I asked for refund and I’m paying for a service I can’t use. They basically said it will affect my credit score. I’ve sent the revelant info and still no reply and still paying a monthly fee.
