Order hasn't arrived. No Bulldog response

Update... I finally got a human response the day after posting this review and received my order the following day with an additional item for the trouble caused. It feels like there may be staff post Christmas and New Year break issues maybe and hopefully service will be back 'on track'. Subscription order sent 5.1.26 hasn't arrived. Courier tracking says contact Bulldog due to condition of package. AI response from Bulldog says try neighbours! I replied to the AI asking for human intervention. No response. I chased and still no response. Sent a message to the contact page and received an automated acknowledgement. Still no human response. I've had the subscription for 2 years with no issues until now. If Bulldog aren't replying, feels like the company is in trouble so I'll be seeking a charge back and cancelling the subscription.

Placed an order 2 weeks before…

Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas. It arrived 5 days after Christmas. Have emailed at least 5 times to arrange return but still no response. Absolutely no customer service. Appalling.

One star way too much

I can’t believe what’s happening with this company! Ordered on 28th of November still no product shipped but they happily took my money and have no intention to do refund especially I cancelled twice and send 6 emails, no response till this day. I will report use to consumer rights because this is getting ridiculous. Why use selling products if use don’t have them in stock or at all!!! I’m very not happy and definitely will not order again or purchase from this company! Do not support them.

What a shame. Used to be great.

I usually buy Bulldog products from the high street. However, this time I decided to try buying online. Unfortunately, one of the three products I ordered was missing when the package arrived. I emailed Bulldog about this and received a reply from an AI assistant (of course!). The AI assistant said the issue would be forwarded to a human (probably best!). However, more than a month later, I still haven’t heard anything. So I have paid for three items but received only two. Honestly, I expected more from Bulldog, as the company’s ethos seems generally good. But they have also succumbed to the inevitable race to the bottom by managing their customers through a fog of failing AI. A real shame.

Still not received order

I ordered on 14th December and still not received my package. I emailed on 23rd & 27th December to ask for an update on my order. I received a reply on the 5th January stating “This may be for multiple reasons including stock unavailability” I did receive £7 refund from £26 however, I have not been given details of when or if I will receive my package. Costumer service shocking with no remorse and I will never order again.

No response to customer service qs

Made an order on 5th December - entirely my error but in checkout the incorrect address auto populated. I noticed immediately and contacted them via website as well as by email following reviving email receipt. I’d requested to have delivery to my billing address. I got a response saying it should be fine but they would contact me. No contact at all but was received at wrong address on 24th December (didn’t have it for Xmas day) and cost me extra to have it shipped on. Emailed customer service to ask why I had no update and was told 2 week response as all the team were on holiday. More than 4 weeks later and nothing. Not a great experience and would not order from them again

spent £50 on the 5th of december

spent £50 on the 5th of december. Had absolutely no emails nothing and hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response and i can’t even get a refund because the website doesn’t even work. Going to have to get a refund by my bank.

I always purchase bulldog for my…

I always purchase bulldog for my partner, normally I would buy in person but with it being November and being busy at work, I decided to order online. It's now January 6th still no response from emails and no items. I charged back through my bank. They've had the cheek to try and fight it. Will never purchase from them again. Total let down, really disappointed. Companies need to keep communicating and not just having automated responses via social media.

One star too many.

One star too many.Ordered 30th Noven and order confirmed. Since then nothing. No replies to many emails and comments on their Facebook page removed very quickly.
