My package was sent via Post Canada and was stolen. Until now, I haven't seen good intentions from the company to replace or reimburse. This Google rating can be changed whenever the company considers my complaint seriously.UPDATE: Instead of showing good intentions for me to erase my rating, the seller tried to remove it by claiming it is defamatory. This is simply worrisome to me, as what I paid them was not a cream or perfume - it was a precious item.
My package was stolen. See other reviews and their google reviews. Most of their reviews are fake and its their employees. They refuse to help or reimburse anything, not even partly. You will lose your money and they don't care since they already got theirs. They are basically stealing from people. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE FRAUDULENTLY PICKED UP. Police are investigating this store and Canada Post. Share this and do not let anyone else get scammed by these greedy people. They are rude and angry
Ripped off by Canada Post delivery scam, like many others. This company is completely compromised. They took the order, sent me tracking info, and then it was "delivered" to someone else. BM said they would start a Canada Post ticket or whatever, and I have never heard anything else from them. The purchase was in early April, 2025. They burned me for 15 maples and it cost me $765. The real beauty of this scam is that the receiver cannot file a ticket with Canada Post, and due to privacy laws, they cannot tell you if BM received anything from them. It is a really perfect scam system they have going on.
