I was initially hesitant to make a purchase due to some concerning stories from past customers, but my experience was truly excellent. My order arrived much sooner than I anticipated, coinciding perfectly with our session 0. I had mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address (thanks to autofill), but when I contacted the support team, they resolved the issue within a day. They even assured me they would send a new set at no extra cost if the original went to the wrong address. I will definitely be buying from them again!

This was my first purchase with the company, and I can happily say it won't be my last. The multi-faceted dice are beautifully crafted, and they feel great to roll. They look just like the videos and pictures. Highly recommended!
Incredible experience! I got the whale dice as my first set for a nautical-themed campaign, along with the prismatic glass Axolotl. On the first roll, the whale dice landed a natural 20—felt like fate! I'm in love with these dice and included a comparison photo with standard resin dice. Although shipping took some time and my initial package was lost, the customer service team was amazing—quick to respond and very helpful. They sent out a replacement promptly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, especially as a loyal customer for a while. I’ve had good experiences in the past, but my latest order for custom dice was disappointing. The set I received had a different font and material than what I ordered, and my review on their site (with pictures) was never published. It makes me wonder if they are hiding negative reviews. I want to warn others about potentially wasting $80. UPDATE: The company contacted me a month ago, offering a refund and to remake my order. While I'm still waiting on the refund, I just received my custom dice, and they were exactly what I ordered this time, which makes me very happy. I truly appreciate the quality of their products, so this experience surprised me. Still, I'm grateful.
