Frustrating Experience with Support

I reached out to the support team and received an automated reply stating they would get back to me within 24 hours, but they never did. After you quickly replied to this review, I received an email, but I mistakenly entered the required information incorrectly. I need them to resend the email, and I apologize for the error.
