Just been for treatment with Marc (Wood ) and he was absolutely fantastic explained everything and assured me that everything would be fine ,and it was Thank you Marc ,you are the best ,Also his Dental nurse Scarlet was lovely.and the receptionists are very pleasant Would definitely recommend Bupa Dental Care Milnsbridge.
Not covered for orthodontic care, despite having the highest cover and stating a cap on orthodontic care. The treatment I am pursuing is to avoid major in the future. Very disappointing and short sighted.
I'm fortunate enough to be employed by a company that offers BUPA insurance as a (taxable) benefit for both dental and other medical treatments.
On the occasions where I've used those services, my claims were accepted and settled quickly and efficiently by BUPA.
Called on a Sunday evening just before cut off 20:00 & got booked in private for Monday afternoon. I had suffered a loose tooth for two weeks, had enough of the discomfort. I arrived for appointment, private dentist Manu gave me two needles, then removed tooth. I was so impressed I joined the Bupa Smile private patient plan. From the courteous receptionists to the expertise of Manu, fully recommended & I'm pleased I'm now an official private patient.
I managed to get an emergency appointment the following morning. I couldn't get appointment with usual dentist as he was on holiday but the dentist I got to see was very professional and friendly.
My private health care, also provided a sum of money to use at a bupa dentist. It was so easy, the receptionist found me in the bupa system and put it through. It doesn't affect your claims. It came through at the right time. Thank you bupa.
My policy ws due for renewal but it was too expensive for me to afford. The very helpful Levi guided me through the options available to to reduce the policy amount, and what the consequences of that would be.
I was able to stay with BUPA at a reduced price which is good to know.
You pay a lot and get very little. I've had multiple appointments now where clinitiins never bother coming on and you get no urgency or communication. Everything is automated and done through the app. Any email you do receive is 'non reply'. You might as well save your money and stick with the useless service the NHS booking service already gives you
All my experiences with Bupa have been excellent. However since I was diagnosed with cancer, it has increased further! The care and ease with which I can access the support they offer has been exceptional. From the person at the end of the phone processing my policy to my outstanding consultant and the nurse supporting me through a recent appointment, to the consultant's secretary and the healthcare staff within the hospital, every step has been handled with care, ease and efficiency. Cannot rate them highly enough
