For the past few years, I've been inundated with daily emails from the company. Despite not signing up, I can't stop these scammers from bombarding me with excessive spam. This one-star review is specifically for the emails I received today from fake names like George, Daniel, Jamie, and Charlie, as well as numerous emails titled British Business Energy, Love Broadband Savings, Energy Helpline, and Business Electricity Prices.

As a small rural church, we found a much better energy deal after searching for options. The representative was clear and addressed all my concerns without any pressure, allowing me to explore other choices. Although our electricity price will increase, it will still be significantly lower than what our previous supplier quoted. Thanks for your assistance!
