Ordered pizza boxes to be delivered to Ireland, payment all went through and been asked to wait for 2 weeks to get delivered. Waited after 1 months and emailed them, they said still waiting from delivery office to ship the item and will come back to me with tracking, waited another week, nothing happened, email them and they said the same thing! and this has been going on for 2-3 months and when ask for refund, this is business order and well pass the cooling period and they can't refund. I had to contact my band to get my money back!
Time wasted and would order from them again. I WONT TRUST THEM! Go somewhere else.

Very poor service! I ordered and paid for 60 boxes on June 20th. They delivered 27 on June 23rd. I kept reaching out for the remaining boxes, but after many promises, none arrived. I requested a refund multiple times and finally warned them I would take legal action. Eventually, on November 12th, I received a partial refund for the missing 33 boxes.
I have to give 1 star since I can’t give none. This is my second order, the first was fine but slightly delayed. The second order was massively delayed. I ordered 3,000 specially sized boxes, and some were poorly made, while others had incorrect corrugation. I contacted them about this, and they blamed me. I’m no expert, but the corrugation should provide strength. Terrible customer service; I won’t use them again and recommend others to avoid.
I ordered 500 custom-sized boxes for less than half the price of my previous supplier, with a 4-week delivery time. When they hadn’t arrived a few days later, I got worried after reading reviews and reached out to them frequently. They arrived three weeks later and were perfect. I assume they source them from overseas, which I’m fine with, given the cost difference. While I prefer local suppliers for most items, cardboard boxes can get pricey. So, despite the communication issues regarding delivery time, I would still rate them 5 stars for the product and service.
