Extremely disappointing experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. The interface was completely malfunctioning, displaying errors like "No API found" and upon restarting the pod, I encountered the message "Pod resume failed: There are not enough free GPUs on the host machine to start this pod." Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to invest their time or money in this service.

Good potential, but setup of Pods can be tricky

I would rate this higher, but the setup of Pods is quite difficult, especially when you have to initiate 3 Pods just to get 1 operational. Tip: Don't spend too much time if a Pod isn't running after 30 seconds. Just terminate it and start a new one.

Steer clear of this service

The support is nonexistent—while it works, there are numerous issues. There are far better alternatives available; I strongly recommend avoiding this. Given the pricing, good support should be expected, but my experience was dreadful. I would not use their services again.

Strict spending limits lead to losses

They impose strict spending limits: after a $200 payment, you must fill out a form before they contact you—typically after a two-day wait. By the time they responded, my balance was down to $125, with many services already restricted. Communication is very poor; there’s no way to speak with a live representative, which is concerning. They didn’t address my issues and ignored my refund requests, despite my spending over $200. Ultimately, I lost $75 without any return, only to receive a delayed response later. Overall, this company's reliability is questionable, and I would advise others to steer clear.
