I have been with Easystaff connect for 1 year now and I can say that the platform developed a lot. After rebranding, interface got better and more modern. After DAO community was built, I can now vote with my tokens because I am an active member. I feel like Easystaff connect matured a lot as a marketplace.
I'm a 3D designer and I have at least 4 jobs from Easystaff connect every month. They don't have ratings but they have reviews and I think it's a lot more fair that are ratings are not as powerful in easystaff connect as in other big platforms.
I prefer to speak to clients not in the chat but to connect with them directly. I share my IG nickname in my profile in Easystaff connect to do the payment. I don't do direct transfers because it is unsafe.
