Very nice service, friendly online customer service chat, and delivers quickly.
Products e.g. business cards and stickers are great, but I would not recommend buying embossing stamps (Prägestempel) from Vistaprint. I ordered these in the Bottom orientation (to be stamped at the bottom of a page or at the back flap of envelopes), but they seemed to be completely incapable of manufacturing them in any orientation except from the top, which doesn't work for me.
I was not happy with the first product they sent me, and the customer service agent duly sent me a replacement. Nice service, fast delivery, but unfortunately, again the same product in the wrong orientation. I explained to the next customer service again why the replacement was wrong, and again they duly sent me a second replacement, again in the wrong orientation. Now I have three beautiful embosser stamps, all of which in the wrong orientation, which is such a shame, because I would have given both the service and product 5 stars.

Made an order for 20+ t-shirts on Nov 30rd and was supposed to get it by Dec 22, 2025 or so.However, i did not get it delivered unitl Jan 05, 2026. I contacted the customer service person on 05 Jan 2026 - who was extremely unhelpful, took no ownership and just blamed DHL and claimed it was not VistaPrint's problem. My address was asked to be verified. The address is correct and i live in this place from 2017. He offered to reship it with delivery reaching me on Jan 26th. I waited till 26th with no delivery, nor any communication of delays or errors from VistaPrint.On 27 Jan 2026, i reached the customer service again, who said DHL again returned it with "faulty address". The address was again correct and so was the phone number. This time the support person was at least helpful and promptly refunded my money. I am supposed to get it in 3 days back.However:1. There's no communication or ownership from Vistaprint when an explict deadline for delivery is not met and no explanation.2. it's difficult to believe that an address i am living from 2017 and receiveing multiple deliveries every week from Amazon, DHL, Zalando and others is returned as "incorrect"Overall, extremely disppointed after waiting for 2+ months for a product which was important for me for an event, only to get a refund and an excuse. Also it is basic courtesy that if you sell something and you can't deliver on time, you send an email to the customer to inform them of the situation. Very poor handling of the situation from VistaPrint.
The company charges extra postage to deliver before Christmas - even though one orders in good time. The delivery date is now 31st December. I find this incredibly impudent. I was a customer the last 15 years, but I will never order here again.
Top quality and fast service. Anything I need for printing materials is always handy and available. From small quantities to different sizes and types. Very easy and clear process, you can check the finished product and see how it will looks like.
I have ordered 9 times now from Vistaprint(Flyers, Business cards and Gift Certificates. I design on the site, with my limited non designer abilities. I have been very happy with the service and the results. On my last design, it came out cropping off text on my flyers so I emailed them and they credited my account and optimised the design so it wouldn't happen again and I could order more! This was excellent and unexpected service.I will keep using them.
