Had to report this company to police and engage a solicitor to deal with these crooks.
They are constantly hassling me for debt in someone else's name and a property 120 miles from where I live.
Missattribution it's called, trying to obtain money by fraudulent action.
I taking them to court for damages and stress caused

Harassment and bullying over a debt I don't owe

I am facing relentless harassment for a debt that is not mine. Despite setting up a payment plan to alleviate their pressure, it hasn't satisfied them. I am seriously ill and dealing with cancer, yet they continue to bombard me with phone calls, texts, and threatening letters about court action instead of addressing the actual debtor or accepting my offer. They don't even have my correct date of birth, which should indicate this isn't my debt. They relentlessly pursue anyone they believe will pay. I feel too weak to fight this, and now I am threatened with court proceedings again, forcing me to defend myself despite my illness. It's disgraceful; they show no compassion and target the most vulnerable. I hope the relevant authorities take notice of this situation. If I had the energy, I would file a complaint.

Unethical and Corrupt Practices

This organization exhibits horrendous behavior, driven by greed and a disregard for consumers. They operate like a criminal syndicate, deriving pleasure from distressing individuals. These individuals masquerade as legitimate professionals while being nothing more than unscrupulous debt collectors. Their operations are illegal and corrupt, and they should be held accountable by authorities. The leadership appears to be deeply involved in unethical activities, and it's hard to imagine a company more despised than this one in the U.K. I genuinely hope for their downfall and accountability.

Unjustified Claim for Payment

I received a Letter of Claim from a legal representative demanding £170 for an alleged parking violation from December 2024, supposedly issued by a parking management company. The most troubling aspect is that I have never received any prior communication, including a letter, PCN, photo, location, or any relevant information before this claim. The letter I received lacked crucial details: • the location of the alleged incident • any photographs • any evidence • a copy of the original PCN • a reason for the charge • proof that earlier communications were sent. As a driver, it's impossible to comprehend, appeal, or respond appropriately without being shown what I allegedly did wrong. This situation seems highly irregular and does not align with the expected standards under pre-action debt protocols. A Letter of Claim is meant to provide sufficient information to understand the case, yet mine included almost nothing. It feels extremely unfair and distressing to receive a demand for £170 nearly a year later, without any chance to see evidence or respond beforehand. I have now formally requested all necessary documentation, and I hope this is merely an administrative mistake. However, based on my experience thus far, I strongly recommend others to be cautious and demand full evidence before addressing any payment requests.

Concerning Letter of Claim Lacking Evidence

I received a Letter of Claim from a legal firm demanding £170 for an alleged parking violation from December 2024, supposedly issued by a parking management company. The most troubling aspect is this: I have never received any prior communication, including a letter, PCN, photo, location, or any relevant information before this claim. The letter I received did not include: • the location of the alleged incident • any photographs • any evidence • a copy of the original PCN • a reason for the charge • proof that earlier communications were sent. As a driver, it’s impossible to understand, appeal, or respond fairly if I’m never shown what I supposedly did wrong. This process seems highly irregular and does not conform to the proper standards expected under pre-action debt protocols. A Letter of Claim is supposed to provide enough information to understand the case, yet mine included almost nothing. It feels extremely unfair and distressing to suddenly receive a demand for £170 nearly a year later, without any opportunity to see evidence or respond earlier. I have now formally requested all required documentation, and I hope this is simply an administrative error. However, based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and insist on full evidence before engaging with any payment requests.

Disappointing Experience

Disappointing experience. As a landlord, I attempted to set up a utilities account with a service provider to cover a three-week void. Their systems wouldn't allow me to proceed, so I resorted to using the chat bot. It was not my fault that they made several mistakes. They had my contact details but failed to send me a bill when new tenants took over. The expected bill for an empty property should have been around £15, but instead, my former tenants received a very threatening letter demanding about ten times that amount. I called and explained that this seemed to be an administrative error, yet they demanded date-stamped photos of the meters. While I have independent inventory reports with meter photos, the system only allowed me to upload one document, so I had to submit it twice. I am organized and plan to contest this, but the approach taken by the service provider creates a concerning atmosphere for those less able to fight back. The entire process, starting with an aggressive legal letter rather than a bill, is inappropriate.

Persistent Harassment

I keep receiving demands for corporation tax even though none is due. They continue to send threatening letters and text messages urging me to contact them back, yet there is no email for correspondence to keep a record.

Unacceptable Behavior

If I could, I would give less than 0 stars. They have sent letters demanding payments for a utility bill related to a property we vacated in January 2023. How did they obtain our new address? This legal firm is making a grave mistake. I am seriously considering taking legal action against them.

Unjustified Debt Collection

I cannot understand why this firm has not been removed by the regulatory authority for pursuing debt that I do not owe and for affecting my credit rating, which I successfully had removed. Despite providing ample proof that I do not owe the money, I still receive emails and letters threatening legal action. My last response was a warning to see them in court.

Unprofessional Conduct

This legal firm represents the lowest standard in the industry. They are merely order-takers who believe that sending bulk harassment letters qualifies them as professionals. They are not lawyers; they are debt collectors working for large corporations that profit immensely while ordinary people struggle to make ends meet. They embody everything wrong with the system, preying on the vulnerable. Their staff seem to think that sending template threats gives them importance, but they are just replaceable cogs in a flawed system. They would not survive in a fair environment. This firm contributes to the decay of societal ethics, chasing debts without any lawful basis. Beware of them; they thrive on fear.
